They class this as competing with like a Lenovo Legion 7 or Asus ROG Strix, but its more like in the class of an Asus TUF laptop but with better performance and a less ugly chassis. That said I would seriously wait for a further price drop. They list it in the spec, but I've never seen it work with any charger. No battery care function either if you care about that. That includes in-browser videos, Discord, Slack, etc. It has some very odd bluescreen bugs if you view any sort of video playback and move videos between the laptop screen and an external monitor. Heavy, giant power brick, pitiful battery life, loud fans, so so 16:9 screen, decent chassis, ok trackpad, fast CPU/GPU, and the whole general desktop replacement works in one package. ![]() Other than that the laptop is fine and what you would expect. For some reason they placed the Pause button where the Delete key is supposed to go on a TKL because of some boomer decision probably. its right next to the Power/Sleep button for some extra fun accidental keypress action. The keys are narrower than on most keyboards, and if you need the Delete key. I have an Omen for work, and it might have one of the worst laptop keyboard I've used in the past 10 years.
